Disinfecting desks, keyboards, tools, workbenches, tables, etc. helps keep you and your employees healthy. By doing this with UV light, no harmful residues are left behind. UV light is a proven and safe method of killing bacteria, viruses and fungi when people are not present for a while.

This mobile unit contains 5 pieces of 80 watt UVC lamps on a mobile stand. The lamps can be positioned so thatboth the air and all visible surfaces are disinfected at 360 degrees around the unit. The time this takes depends on the space between 1 and 10 minutes.

This mobile disinfection unit can disinfect up to 50 m2 at once. It is important that no people or animals are present in the room when the unit is on. The unit is protected with a motion sensor, an audible alarm and a remote control.

The bulbs should be replaced with these spare bulbs after 9000 hours of operation. So they last a very long time.

It is also possible to make the lamps “shatterproof” for an additional cost of €400, – ex VAT.

How does the SITAIR TOWER 5 mobile disinfection unit work?

This technology consists of a UV system for installation in civil and industrial areas and operates on 230V.

UV light cleans and disinfects surfaces and indoor air from bacteria, viruses and fungi. This is because UV light emits a special frequency of ultraviolet light that penetrates the cell walls of biological contaminants and damages their physiological structure.

The high penetration factor of the UV light makes it possible to treat large volumes of air while greatly reducing the microbial concentration on surfaces and in the air.
