As the top model in this specific configuration, the SITA UV 80/5 delivers an impressive performance of 40 m³/h. With five powerful 80W lamps, this system is designed for large-scale water supply systems where safety must never be compromised. The reactor is rated for an operating pressure of 10 bar, allowing it to withstand the most demanding environments. For water with a higher risk of limescale, this model can optionally be equipped with a manual cleaning system, ensuring the quartz tubes always transmit optimal light for microprocessor-controlled disinfection.

Control and Monitoring

This model is fully controlled by the advanced RACK LCD² control panel. Housed in a painted metal cabinet with an IP54 protection rating, this panel serves as the intelligent heart of the installation. It is equipped with a microprocessor-controlled LCD display that provides crucial information such as total operating hours and a resettable countdown for lamp replacement. For maximum safety, the system features a red alarm LED, an alarm relay (free contact), and a 230V output for external notifications. In addition, the RACK control panel also has a Plus version. This offers the following advantages, among others:

• Radiation and temperature control: Direct display of UV intensity and room temperature on the screen.
• Safety shutdown: Automatic system shutdown in case of excessive temperature in the UV room.
• Data output: Optional 4/20 mA output for external monitoring of the system status.
