The SITA UV 80/3 is a compact yet extremely powerful disinfection system, specifically developed for locations where constant water quality is of vital importance. With a capacity of 20 m³/h, this system is the ideal solution for medium-sized drinking water installations and applications in the food industry. The reactor is manufactured from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel (optional 316L) and is polished both internally and externally for maximum reflection of the UV light. Thanks to the 2" connections, this model integrates effortlessly into existing wiring networks, while forming a tireless barrier against bacteria and viruses.

Control and Monitoring

This model is fully controlled by the advanced RACK LCD² control panel. Housed in a painted metal enclosure with an IP54 protection rating, this panel acts as the intelligent heart of the installation. It is equipped with a microprocessor-controlled LCD display that provides crucial information such as total operating hours and a resettable countdown for lamp replacement. For maximum safety, the system features a red alarm LED, an alarm relay (free contact), and a 230V output for external notifications.

Additionally, the RACK control panel also has a Plus version. This offers the following advantages, among others:

• Radiation and temperature control: Direct display of UV intensity and room temperature on the display.
• Safety shutdown: Automatic system shutdown in case of excessive temperature in the UV chamber.
• Data output: Optional 4/20 mA output for external monitoring of the system status.
