Urea dosing pump
Urea dosing cannot be done with all pumps, as it is a somewhat corrosive product. This dosing pump has a configuration of resistant materials and is particularly suitable for the accurate and safe dosing of urea. Emec even gives a 5-year warranty on this pump, excluding the pump head.
This dosing pump for Urea is available in a number of versions:
- Up to approx. 20 litres per hour: Emec V CL and VMS MF dosing pump. The VMF can be controlled externally.
- Higher flows: Emec Prius D dosing pump. This makes it possible to dispense urea up to 1000 litres per hour. With this pump it is also possible to fill up a day tank. This is a motor driven dosing pump.

- Supplied with complete kit (2 m delivery and suction hose, 2 m venting hose (PE), injection nipple and suction filter)

- External control by means of 4-20 mA - 0-10V etc.
Emec Prius DUrea dosing pump
- Manually adjustable by means of stroke frequency. This pump is also available with 4-20 mA control.
